Gold-Farm Terms of Service [2026-06-20]
Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to define the conditions and procedures for the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Gold-Farm (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or the "Site"), as well as the rights, obligations, responsibilities of members and the Company, and other matters necessary for the operation of the Services.

Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms shall have the following meanings:
1. "User" refers to any person who uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
2. "Registration" refers to the act of entering the required information in the registration form provided by the Company and agreeing to these Terms in order to enter into a service agreement.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has completed membership registration by providing personal information and related information to the Company and uses the Services provided by the Company.
4. "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers established by a Member for identification and use of the Services.
5. "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers established by a Member to verify identity and protect personal information.
6. "OTP" refers to a one-time authentication method used to verify a Member's identity.
7. "Withdrawal" refers to the act of terminating the service agreement by a Member.
8. Terms not defined herein shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and generally accepted commercial practices.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments of the Terms)
1. These Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the Site by the Company.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations.
3. In the event of any amendment, the Company shall notify Members of the effective date and reason for the amendment through the Site.
4. If a Member does not expressly object to the amended Terms before their effective date, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
5. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Member may terminate membership and discontinue use of the Services.

Article 4 (Supplementary Rules)
1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations and the Company's operational policies.
2. Matters regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Integrated Management of Member Information)
The Company may manage Member information in an integrated manner with affiliated or related services when necessary for the operation of the Services.

Chapter 2. Provision and Use of Services
Article 6 (Formation of Service Agreement)
1. The service agreement shall be established upon the Company's approval of a Member's registration application.
2. The Company may refuse or cancel registration in any of the following cases:
(1) Use of another person's identity or name;
(2) Submission of false information;
(3) Registration for purposes contrary to public order or good morals;
(4) Interference with another person's use of the Services or theft of information;
(5) Registration for the purpose of promoting or soliciting membership for another website;
(6) Registration for investment solicitation, multi-level marketing, or illegal business activities;
(7) Violation of applicable laws or these Terms;
(8) Any other case deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 7 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)
1. The Company shall comply with applicable personal information protection laws and regulations.
2. The Company shall collect only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Services.
3. With the Member's consent, the Company may share information with relevant institutions or affiliated services.
4. The Company may conduct verification procedures to confirm the authenticity of Member information.

Article 8 (Member Information Security)
1. Members shall securely manage their IDs, Passwords, and OTP credentials.
2. Members may not transfer, sell, rent, lend, or share their accounts with any third party.
3. Members shall bear full responsibility for any losses arising from sharing their ID, Password, or OTP with others.
4. If account sharing is detected, the Company may suspend or permanently restrict the account without prior notice.
5. If a Member becomes aware that their Password or OTP has been compromised, the Member shall immediately notify the Company.

Chapter 3. Member-to-Member Transactions and Prohibited Conduct
Article 9 (Responsibility for Member-to-Member Transactions)
1. The Company does not participate in any monetary transactions, asset transactions, or virtual asset transactions conducted between Members.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, fraud, disputes, debts, claims, or investment failures arising from transactions between Members.
3. Members are solely responsible for evaluating the reliability and risks of their transaction counterparties.
4. Any disputes arising between Members shall, in principle, be resolved by the parties involved, and the Company shall have no obligation to mediate such disputes.

Article 11 (USDT and Virtual Asset Transactions)
1. The Company does not guarantee any transactions involving virtual assets, including USDT.
2. Any exchange of USDT for cash or cash for USDT between Members shall be conducted entirely at the Member's own risk and responsibility.
3. The Company shall not be liable for fraud, payment defaults, hacking incidents, account theft, suspected money laundering activities, or any other issues arising during virtual asset transactions between Members.
4. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend any account if a violation of applicable laws or suspicious transactions are identified.

Article 12 (Prohibited Conduct)
The Company may issue warnings and, if corrective action is not taken, suspend or permanently restrict accounts engaging in any of the following conduct:
1. Impersonating the Company or another person, identity theft, or use of false identities;
2. Disseminating false information or providing misleading information;
3. Using abusive language, threats, defamation, harassment, or other conduct directed toward other Members;
4. Posting or transmitting obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content;
5. Using illegal software, attempting to hack systems, system intrusion, or interfering with the operation of the Services;
6. Sharing, transferring, selling, renting, or lending IDs, Passwords, OTP credentials, or accounts;
7. Investment solicitation, fundraising, multi-level marketing, illegal financial schemes, financial fraud, or guaranteeing profits;
8. Directing Members to external investment platforms, exchanges, financial services, or recruiting Members for financial gain;
9. Soliciting loans, personal investments, facilitating virtual asset transactions (including USDT), or similar financial inducements;
10. Fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful conduct, or actions causing financial or emotional harm to other Members;
11. Conduct that damages the reputation, credibility, or image of the Company or negatively affects the operation of the Services;
12. Any other conduct that violates applicable laws, these Terms, operational policies, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 13 (Restriction and Permanent Suspension of Membership)
The Company may suspend or permanently restrict an account without prior notice if:
1. The Member violates these Terms or operational policies;
2. Prohibited conduct is confirmed;
3. The Member causes harm to another Member or creates disputes;
4. The Member attempts hacking activities or uses illegal software that imposes excessive burdens on the server;
5. The Member attempts to manipulate, alter, or counterfeit virtual currencies;
6. The Member, individually or collectively, attempts to manipulate the market price of the Foundation's coin;
7. The Member damages the reputation or credibility of the Company;
8. The Member interferes with the normal operation of the Services or negatively impacts the Services;
9. The Company determines that restrictions are necessary for the operation and protection of the Services.

Article 14 (Disclaimer of Liability)
1. The Company shall not be liable for any disputes arising from transactions between Members.
2. The Company shall not be responsible for monetary transactions, USDT transactions, investment solicitations, or any losses resulting therefrom.
3. The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from a Member's negligence in protecting their ID, Password, OTP credentials, or from account sharing.
4. If disputes between Members damage the Company's reputation or image, or adversely affect the operation of the Services, the Company may permanently suspend the accounts involved.
5. The Company may, when necessary, provide relevant information and materials to law enforcement agencies or competent authorities.
